Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Shipping times vary depending on the specific product ordered:
Pottery Wheels, clay and accessories: 5-10 days
Kilns: 4-6 weeks

Please refer to the specific product page for more accurate delivery times.

Standard Delivery will be made to the kerb side of your specified delivery address.

This is the default option unless the customer specifically requests an engineer delivery. An engineer delivery involves a specialist moving, installing and setting up your product. To arrange this, please get in touch before making your order at support@potterywheelcompany.co.uk. Engineer delivery price is on a case by case basis and will be quoted upon request.

Order Shipment

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at support@potterywheelcompany.co.uk so that we can help.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. 

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.

If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to support@potterywheelcompany.co.uk then visit our Returns page to start the return process.
