Super Robust: The Front Face is made from "Hard" insulation bricks to reduce the damage caused by knocks and bumps during loading, increasing the longetivity of the kiln.

Durable components: A brushed stainless steel louvred top plate is used on every Artizan which removes potential warping and increased stability and durability

Built for Longevity: Running up the centre of the kiln door, is a 100% 304 brushed stainless steel strip.This stainless steel strip combats the moisture that is generated from the front door vent hole, as it stays much more resilient in the face of the harsh elements.

Safety: The Artizan range includes adjustable permanent seal door clamps and a safety cut off switch along with a contactor door cut off circuit, which also acts as an over fire protection circuit.

Manually operated roof vents or optional automatic vents: The roof vent is operated by a manual stainless steel damper, automatic dampers are optional, and can be fitted to all ARTIZAN kilns. This allows the roof vents to be opened and closed multiple times throughout the duration of the firing at the temperatures required.

Ease Of Use: The door vent hole has a lockable insulated stainless steel flap that provides a secure seal to the vent hole, erasing the need for a vent bung.

The controller monitors one section of the kiln and adjusts the other sections to maintain perfect chamber uniformity with regards to temperature.

KCR32C WIFI UPGRADE OPTION

Wifi enabled where the controller can be accessed and controlled remotely from your mobile device!

You can view how your kiln is running in real time. Stop the firing or adjust programs all without even being in the same country let alone the same room.

The user can access the kiln in real time from anywhere with internet access via the Kilncare GATEway on their website.

Also in the GATEway, which is unique to each user via password access, there is a firings library where past firings can be stored and named, a notes section and a log.

Auto Damper

This allows the roof vents to be opened and closed multiple times throughout the duration of the firing at the temperatures required.

The opening and closing cycle is programmed into the controller which enables the user to start the kiln then not have to return to it for any action other than monitoring until the cycle is finished. Extremely useful on larger models where firings can last for much longer.

GX Insulation Upgrade

The GX Micropore “super” insulation is a further lining of state of the art, energy saving insulation. This generates immense efficiency, ensuring all firings are conducted without wasting heat and therefore money.

Right Door Hinge

Moving the door hinge to the right, allows customers who may be space constricted, to fit the Artizan range into a tight space.

Delivery Details

Free Standard Delivery: We are pleased to offer free delivery to anywhere in the UK (Mainland only, not islands).

All Kilncare kilns are made to order and delivery will be between 4 - 6 weeks.

Standard Delivery is kerbside only and does not include installation. Please consider that you may need help to move the kiln to its desired location.

When ordering your kiln please state any access issues at the delivery address in the special instructions. We will do our best to facilitate the delivery and will get in touch with you if we need any further information.

We will keep you updated on your order via email. If you haven't heard anything after 4 weeks from placing your order - please get in touch.

How will the kiln arrive?

We will give you an estimated delivery date and tracking number once the order has been fulfilled.

Your Artizan kiln will be delivered kerbside to your given delivery address by accredited boutique courier partners of Kilncare. This is to ensure the kiln will be delivered properly and safely due to its size and shape.

Please ensure if you select standard delivery, you have the personnel and equipment available to move your kiln into its desired location from the kerbside.

Returns Policy

We love all our products, but we get it—sometimes plans change or things aren't quite right

That's why we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not charge a restocking or administration fee, however return shipping must be paid for by you.

If you decide you want to return an item within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at support@potterywheelcompany.co.uk with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

PLEASE NOTE: Any made to order products may not be eligible for a return and is at the discretion of Pottery Wheel Co.

Defective returns will be free of charge in the first 30 days after receipt. Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item with obvious signs of use
Any item that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

You must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@potterywheelcompany.co.uk. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.

Fast, safe delivery of your order is our top priority!. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations

Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Refunds

Any refunds that need to be made will be done so against the original payment method, and can take a maximum of 21 working days to process and reach your account. Once the refund has been made, you will receive a notification email confirming the refund. If we encounter any problems in making the refund, we shall contact you accordingly.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
