Delivery Details
Free Standard Delivery: We are pleased to offer free delivery to anywhere in the UK (Mainland only, not islands).
All K&F kilns are made to order and delivery will be between 4 - 6 weeks.
Standard Delivery is kerbside only and does not include installation. Please consider that you may need help to move the kiln to its desired location.
When ordering your kiln please state any access issues at the delivery address in the special instructions. We will do our best to facilitate the delivery and will get in touch with you if we need any further information.
We will keep you updated on your order via email. If you haven't heard anything after 4 weeks from placing your order - please get in touch.
How will the kiln arrive?
We will give you an estimated delivery date and tracking number once the order has been fulfilled.
Your K&F kiln will be delivered kerbside to your given delivery address wrapped and strapped down to a pallet.
Please ensure if you select standard delivery, you have the personnel and equipment available to move your kiln into its desired location from the kerbside.

We offer Desired room delivery and delivery + installation options. These are quoted on a case by case basis and dependent on location - please get in touch with us for a quote.
This premium service involves the assistance from trained engineers who will ensure the safe and precise placement of your kiln.
Warranty
All K&F Kilns have a 1 year warranty, which offers peace of mind when purchasing a high value item. This covers all parts excluding heating elements.
